Uganda is a small yet so magnificent country, it is straddling along the equator with the best climatic weather friendly for every visit, the angelic country has been termed as the pearl of Africa for several reasons, but the number one of them is the evergreen natures, rolling hills, mountains, wildlife and the vigorous waterbodies found in the country, the southwestern part of the country has been nicknamed the “Switzerland of Africa” due to its unwinding greenly mountains and the waterfalls, experience Uganda from the hospitable people, there is an amalgamation of cultures, tribes, and languages, each of these has a unique culture, norm, customs that differentiated them from others.

Uganda is home to many primate species, there are 13types of mammals living within the protected conservation areas, and the most notable is the mountain gorillas in the Bwindi impenetrable national park and the Mgahinga National Park in the western part, these host three thrids of the primate species, in the whole world living within the forest without being captivated, there are several habituated gorilla families in the sectors of the national park, the Mgahinga park has gthe golden Monkeys, other primates can be found in the Kibale forest national park, it is popular fo the Chimpanzee which have scientifically been proven to share up to 98% of the Human DNA, the blue monkeys, l’hoest monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, red colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, olive baboons are found in the pearl of Africa.

The country is one of many Savannah conservation areas, these bring to you the specialty of enjoying popular game drives in Uganda, the animal count is vigorous and the one destination that is less crowdy with views of the so-called big five of the wilderness includes lions, leopards, African buffaloes, Rhinos, and the African elephants, the mammals to be found in the parks are waterbucks, hippos, Nile crocodiles, waterbucks,topi, Zebras, Elands, to mention a few, and several bird spies, there are over 1000 species in the wilderness that have been counted to date, popular is the shoe bill stock that can be encountered along the marshy swampy areas, the African sunbirds, bee beaters, Abyssinian ground hornbills, pelicans, herons, African fish eagles, Rwenzorituraco, Kamramojongapalis, to mention a few. The conservation areas are managed by the Uganda wildlife authority, these are the Murchison falls national park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, and Rwenzori National Park.

The culture of the people of  Uganda is rich, enjoy the hospital people for example the Bawa community of western Uganda, they are the last short structured group of people in Uganda living along the slopes of the Bwindi impenetrable national park, they used to live in the forest but were evicted due to conservation purposes, these will show you through their ways of life and how they used to live and survive in the forest, showcasing on how to make fire without the use of match sticks. The Karamojong community is a group of pastoralists who live in the most remote corner of Uganda and come and experience the culture of the people of Uganda.
