Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe – Transfer to Kampala for City Tour

Upon arrival, you will be met by our company representative, you will be transferred to the lodge for check-in in Kampala and head out for a city tour we will visit the Buganda parliament, the Kasubi Royal tombs showcasing the rich culture of the Buganda kingdom, we return to reach out the cultural center of the Bahai temple one of its kind in Uganda and the Namugongo Shrine where the Uganda martyrs lost their lives because of concentrated religion dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Following breakfast, you will be transferred to Murchison Falls National Park, it is an angelic drive through the Kampala Gulu highway, it takes approximately-/+6 hours’ drive to arrive at the destination, we will stop over enroute to track rhinos at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, this is the only Ugandan place to find the animal species they are tracked on foot for 2-3 hours, if time allows you will proceed to the top if the falls to experience the Nile Dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3: Game Drive and Launch Cruise

Early morning breakfast and then go for a game drive, along the northern bank of Pakuba, you will spot many animals for example the elephants, oribi, giraffes, African buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, warthogs to mention a few, returning to the lodge for Lunch and an afternoon bat cruise along the River Nile from the Para dock, it takes 2-3 hours enjoying the cruise, popular water animals includes hippos, Nile crocodiles basking along the banks of the river, dinner and staying overnight at

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Following breakfast you will transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, driving through the ever green rolling vegetative cover and hills is amazing, the ride is always very scenic and as you approach the forest nature always welcomed you, the standing roadside olive baboons are not to miss, it takes approximately 9 hours’ drive to reach, lunch will be served enroute after which we will proceed to the lodge arriving for check-in at the lodge for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking and The Bigodi Swamp Walk

Morning breakfast after which we will assemble at the park headquarters for a briefing, on the does and don’ts while with the primates, led through by the Uganda Wildlife Authority in a group you will begin the tracking, it takes 2-3 hours in the trees look out for other species like the black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys, olive baboons, red colobus monkeys. The Chimps are so loud with their charter sound as you approach them, you are allowed an hour to take pictures and return to meet your guide, lunch at the lodge and an afternoon Bigodi swamp walk, the marshy area boasts bird species including more primates, birds and angelic butter flies.  Dinner and staying overnight at

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Following breakfast, we will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, this is one of the few remaining places to meet the Mountain gorilla species, it hosts half population of the primates, we will pass through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park Ishasha for tree climbing Lions, on lucky day spotting them is easy but on other days they require an eagles eye, arriving at the Lodge for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking Experience and Relaxation

We will have morning breakfast after which transfer to the park headquarter  for a briefing before we head into the forest, tracking is done in groups of eight per gorilla family , led through by a Uganda wildlife authority ranger, the terrain of the park may seem tough but so rewarding by the end of the day, as you meet the gentle species all this will feed away ad main focus will be on the primates an hour is allowed while with them and observing the gorilla rules and regulations as briefed n a lucky day you may be changed to see forest Elephants, Black and white colobus monkeys and L’hoest monkeys,

Day 8: Departure
