Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival at the international airport of Kigali, our guide will welcome you to the land of a thousand hills, the backdrop of the mountains is angelic and lovely to set eyes on, so enjoy the magical look as you drive for approximately 2 hours arriving for evening entertainment from the Iby’iwacu community, they are said to have been poachers but later transformed, they have embraced tourism and pass it on to the sub generations, the kingly and queenly treat, have a chance to participate in the traditional dance.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Morning breakfast after which we will transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla safari experience, the primates live within the ecosystem without being captivated, they feed on the forest plants for example Mimlopsis, mushrooms, fruits, and other herbivore food types, they live in families of up to 20 members led through by a male silverback, in groups of 8 you are allowed to track the primates time taken is 2-8 hours depending on how far the gorilla families have moved to return for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking
The park is commonly termed as a place where silver meets gold and surley it is, the golden monkeys live within the bamboo forested region of the park, the hike begins at the park headquarter just like the mountain gorillas, and a briefing will be done by the park representatives, allowing you to do the trails through the bamboo forest region, upon meeting the primates, an hour is allowed while with them, they are pretty and fast creatures if you must take a picture it is important to set your camera ready, returning for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 4: Departure
Morning breakfast after which we will transfer to Kigali for your international flight back home, stopping over en route for a picture moment.
